Omala wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise for full refund or exchange within 10 days after product delivery. We fully guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects, and will accept any defective items for full refund or exchange. If items are returned within 10 days of the product delivery date, the refund will be made in the form of the original payment. For items returned more than 10 days after the product delivery date, we offer store credit that can go towards future online purchases.
Sale items ordered online are always FINAL SALE purchases. Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.
We will send you an email to notify that your return and/or exchange has been processed and the proper account has been credited. On returns, you should expect the credit in your account 10-14 business days after we receive your return.
Upon receipt of your return we will refund your original payment method, excluding shipping charges (averaging between $10-20).
How to complete a return
